Name: Category: Security Threats Message: I am writing because something very unusual is taking place in this country. Contrary to the American tradition, we are seeing unfairness, injustice and lack of eqqual opportunity everywhere when dealing with Government Agencies. Letters like the ones attached herewith # 1 and # 2 was sent, by certfied mail, to ICE, INS, FBI, USDOJ, etc. They didn`t get answers. It seems they don`t want us to raise such issues.However everyday we notice unfit people getting documents here like the guy mentioned in my letter # 2 and # 3 that claims to be a drug dealer back in his home country.We are also noticing people getting documents through fake marriages, fake labor certification, etc., and nobody cares. Because my letter # 3 and a request from my Attorney, a DHS Task Force Agent came to my home but his interest was only in terrorism.The same happenned when I talked to an IRS Agent. We understand that the priority is terrorism but that do not justify to neglect other treats like the ones about tax cheaters that I also reported. We cannot forget that Bin Laden main goal is to bankrupt US. Cheating on taxes is a very easy way the moslems have to help him achieve his goal.Now they own most of the small businesses in this country such as gas stations, motels, small stores inside Malls, etc. We cannot also forget that since they born they are brain washed to hate westerns and in special US.Going back to injustice we cannot understand that US with about 12 million illegals here denies a visa extention to the young girl from Ecuador who is here in a line waiting for a liver transplant!!! We cannot understand also why the immigration Judges are so mean toward people that report themselves to the immigration. This is my case. We are fingerprinted, interviwed, we do not represent a treat, instead we admire US and share the same tastes and principles.May be those Judges have no idea what is going on in practice. They are nice people, but too busy and experiencing lack of sense of reality.Finally I want to point out money. How much more money US is expending on account of september the eleventh? It seems to be too much and it seems it is not working well. This is what Bin Laden wants. Please, Sir, do not allow him to be sucessfull. Please put this country back on its track of justice, fairness and eqqual opportunity. Letter 1 Some of the policies and measures taken to close loopholes in the Homeland Security were based on bad judgement and I believe this ocurred due the lack of good information available to the lawmakers. See attachment #1 and our response to it in the attachment # 2 and 2.1.And please take a look at attachment # 3. It is in reference of fake marriages more exactly from four California residents. However if you order an investigation here in Orlando, Florida or in any other city or State of this country I am sure you will find so many cases like those mentioned above that the number will surprise you. A fake marriage here costs between 4 and 6 thousand dollars. And do you know why? Because it is the easiest and most secure way to become legal in the United States. Also INS is not able to verify the authencity of these marriages or they do not have the means. Let me give you an example. I know a person here, from Palestine who got married to an american in order to receive residency. They are in fact living together, but he paid her for the marriage and he says that as soon as he get his papers he will get the hell out of the house and marry a moslem girl because american women are dirty. He often beats her up and sometimes not satisfied with the damage he also beats her daughter from her first marriage(The daycare where the girl is signed reported him to the Florida Department of Childrens and Family and he was forced to go to counseling to avoid being sent to jail and have the child being taken away under the State custody). He threatens her and others that he could easily hire his mates to kill someone here. She is scared to death and she sees no way out. He also says that he used to work as a drug dealer in his country and he was sentenced there. He could be just bragging but he could also be telling the truth. We do not know, but I am sure he will get his residence here because INS is unable to check his background. If it is true, that he was in fact a drug dealer (a violent one for sure) imagine what kind of scumy person is about to become a resident. How many more like him are acting in such a way to drag the image of this nation as low as it could go? Way too many for sure. Isn't it a bigger loophole than the one mentioned in the attachment # 1? At least those who have to show up in Court are fully fingerprinted and have their background checked!. Lets talk about another huge loophole: legal and ilegal aliens cheating on taxes, ilegal labor(see attachment # 4). Names and addresses were given and nothing was done to prevent the evil behavior. This was not only reported to IRS Criminal Division Chief but also to many other agencies and nothing happened. Am I getting the wrong impression or is every Authority in the United States negligent when it comes to taking actions?A mixture of ilegal labor and tax cheaters isn't a big enough loophole? And we are talking about a group with 237 malls in this country!!!!Why is this happening ? The press talks about a number of ilegals between 8 and 12 million people. The authorities knows were they are. Why not go after them all? So far attorneys are making a lot of money helping these people. Others are also violating laws and making money sponsoring fake marriages and others scams. Why the government does not stop this. The whole immigration system is broken: Fake marriages, fake labor certifications, ilegal people living here going back and forth between here and their homecountry never being stopped by Immigration Officers at the airports. Genuine turists are stopped.Government agencies are not working all together. An Ombudsman service created in the homeland security web site that does not work either.See Attachment # 5 that never got an answer.. What else do we need to recognize that the system is broken? Why not to fix it using money you can get from the ilegals here as mentioned in the attachment # 1? Isn't it true that in order to seek justice we have to either expell or legalize everyone? Letter 2 My name is Luiz and my wife and I worked for Shakir Mustafa and Mazin and Mostafa Alawi in their carts located in the Florida Mall (Baggage Depot, Shadez for Less I and II and others carts that they already closed down.During the time we worked for them, my wife most of the time worked more than 53 hours per week and I always worked over 65 hours and we can prove it and we have never received any overtime pay. Not satisfied with that they also made me work as a packmule forcing me to watch multiple carts, sometimes 2 or 3 at the same time with no help at all and it went on for many months. And during all that time we worked for them we also never received a paycheck because I guess keeping us off the books was just easier and cheaper. The bosses mentined above also discriminated my wife and I by allowing the muslims employees have long breaks to pray, eat and smoke while we didn't even had a break to eat. My choices were either be hungry or eat while stading in the cart. My wife finally became tired of their abusived behavior and she started to bring up those issues to Mazin. We had several arguments with Mazin and since there is nothing in the world that makes that man madder than being confronted, he retaliated and in January of 2004 he fired Anna accusing her of stealing. Immediately I also quit and we both confronted him again chalenging him to call the cops and prove that she was in fact stealing. He refused to call them and also told us that Anna leaving was enough to make him happy. On the other hand, he wasn't expecting me to quit as well and he asked me to stay (of course, he needed his packmule). He also said that if I stay he was going to keep Anna and also giving her a raise!! That is the kind of tactic they use when they want to fire someone who complains. We both refused to stay even another second there. They act like dictators. They admire and put into practice tricks they learned from Saddam Hussein.They don't pay taxes properly. Many times we heard they say that only sales taxes related to credit card sales are remited. We were also told to encourage customers to pay only cash. They hired many illegal people mainly from Morroco and Tunis. One of them was wanted by the FBI (his name is Hicham) and they hid him for a long time in The Florida Mall and later they sent him to Atlanta. Mostafa Alawi when running Shine It Up in The Florida Mall used the same tricks as Mazin and had his own employee who he illegaly hired arrested by INS. Mostafa employee was in his own house when he was caught (INS also went to one of Mostafa's businesses in Melbourne looking for illegal people but they were lucky...because the illegal was off that day). Mostafa`s employee arrested, didn't provide any information to the authorities (this is part of muslin culture) about Mostafa Alawi and so INS was unable to put all the pieces together and the guy got himself in trouble and he was ultimately deported to his home country (Tunis). Mustafa at that time, spent a few days hoping for the best and expecting the worst, worried about his employee arrested (at that time manager of the cart) giving the authorities any information valuable enough to get Mustafa in big trouble as well. Combining all the businnesses these 2 people have in TheFlorida Mall they make a net profit of nearly $600,000.00 a year, they do really well. This country gave them a wonderful opportunity businness and they retribute by being mean and cheap and becoming a hazzard to the american people. They trash President Bush and everyone else in charge of this country. And they wish Ralph Rhigley (The Florida Mall short term leasing manager) was dead. Mazin wanted to have his cart Baggage Depot moved from its place near Waldenbooks to another spot almost in front of GAP. But they were not allowed to do so because Ralph said the Mall didn't have enough italian tiles for all the necessary changes that moving the carts was going to cause. They always expect to get everything they want and thats why they reacted so badly when their request was denied. Mazin and his partner also became consumed in rage when the owners of Parfume for Less (Shay Ben Naim and Itzack Ben Bassat) decide to also open a luggage kiosk.This would put their profit in a dangerous position and during a period of 3 or 4 days they struggled to come to terms with their businnesses.Mazin bought a bottle of perfume and showed it to me saying that it was fake and he was going to screw them up. However we don`t know exactly what happenned but they stopped fighting and became partners. It is a very strange partnership at first sight due to their religion (Shay Ben Naim and Itzack Ben Bassat are both jewish). Even though Mazin and Mostafa hate Shay and Itzack because they are jewish those guys have got a lot of things in common. Shay and Itzack are illegal themselves and they also hire illegals workers. They also smuggle and sell fake perfumes in the Florida Mall. They fake taxes documents and I could go on with a list of wrong things these 2 do in this country. All this information from Shay and Itzack come from a guy whose name is Qassen Dabbah. Qassen Dabbah is the owner of 2 places in the Florida Mall under the name of Leather Stop and he also had another businness in Melbourne. Before Qassen opened his own businness he used to work for Shay and Itzack and Qassen used to threaten to report them to both FBI and INS if they didn't give him what he wanted. And this is how Qassen earned the money to open his own businnesses. Qassen is an stupid coward who beats his wife and her young daughter. He became so violent to the point that the police and the Department of Childrens and Families had to interfere and put him ander a restraining order to keep the child and mother protected. But since he paid his american wife to give him a green card he knew that he had to behave to be able to stay in the United States. Then for a few months he attented rehabilitation classes and he was allowed back in the house. Up until this day he still abuses his fake wife, he even said he would kill her or hire someome else to do the job if she opens her mouth to say anything about him.I believe he is about to get his green card or he may even have it already. He claims to have connections with killers and he also proudly say that he uses to be a drug dealer in his home country. The idiot even mentioned once that he was convicted and served 1 year in jail. Qassen also suggests having friends with connections inside the Immigration Services which makes it easier for him and his friends to have privilegies regular people outside of this corruption circle don't have. After leaving Mazin I took a job Qassen offered me (so far I didn`t know him well )and thats where I slowly became aware of how bad he was too. Soon I had to leave because once again I wasn't given any overtime even working over 60 hours a week. He had no respect for the customers and many times when he was in the Carts with me he treated the customers like crap when they wanted to return a item that had become defected. Everything he sold in his 2 carts was a pice of garbage and he expected the customers to never complain about any items.Of course Mazin has the same behavior on this subject. Another thing I have to mention about Mazin is that he sells in his Magic Engraving Plus cart plates with brand names without an authorization. He has been warned by Volkswagen more than once. In the Sunglasses carts they displayed their fake copies with stickers of brand names such as Dior and Armani, etc. This is unfair, mislead the customers and in other Malls they do not use this trick anymore. Mazin and his father once told me that if I ever needed any medical services they would help me to lie and they would also write a fraudulent letter to cheat Medicaid and when one of his illegal employees pay for a fake marriage they give precise intructions on how to lie in the paperwork. One of the employees Ossama Ben Khalifa when he filed his application he wrote down that he was self-employed mowning lawns. I am very disappointed because it seems there aren't laws in this country to prevent people to behave like predators . If there are any I guess they aren't enforceable. I attempted to bring Mazin to justice about my unpaid overtime and this is what happened... He won again and he didn't even had to dispute the overtime, instead he threatened us with multiple frivolous law suits. He knows we can't afford attorneys as he can. And I believe he intimidated out attorney in other ways. Unfortunately in this country if you don't have money you don't have a suitable defense either. Bellow are the words of our attorney when our case was dismissed. "I want you to know that after considerable thought, I decided to dimiss your case. This does not mean you do not have a good case, it is just that I cannot deal with someone like him. I can refer you to other attorneys if you like, or, you can pursue the case without a lawyer". By him he meant Mazin. You know that in this type of lawsuit the attorney only collects money after recovery is made. So they do not want to put a lot of effort when the amount involved is not a large sum for them. From this point on I only hope my attempt to fight against people like Mazin or Qassen will help others from being exploited. We also expect everyone to stop hiring illegals. About the taxes there is no hope because this country is not able to go after them. And as daring as they are probably they will keep doing the same thing and perhaps even more because there are no laws capable to stop them.I also believe they are cheating on taxes not only because they are cheap bastards but also to follow one of Bin Laden's dreams that is to bankrupt America. So far nobody has payed much attention to the extra billions and billions of dollars US is spending on account of the 9/11.However this is not fair and I won`t give up in spite of the fact the authorities here are negligent and nobody wants to make a commitment to improve the way things are. I hope one day I will find someone somewhere who will hear me, investigate deeply this situation because it is very serious. This I believe isn't only happening in the Florida Mall, but in many other Malls all over this country. Mazin, Qassen, Shay, Zack, are not alone in the misconduct. Most of the small businesses in the Florida Mall also are . The seeds of the evil behavior are already spread. I thank you very much for your patience reading my letter.
